By booking a golf excursion with Barcelona Golf Excursion, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a reservation.

2. Booking Confirmation

2.1. Your booking is confirmed upon receipt of payment.

2.2. Barcelona Golf Excursion reserves the right to decline any booking.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

3.1. Cancellations made 3 days prior to the scheduled excursion are eligible for a full refund.

3.2. Cancellations made within 2 days of the scheduled excursion are non-refundable.

4. Changes and Modifications

4.1. Changes to booking details must be communicated in writing and are subject to availability.

4.2. Barcelona Golf Excursion reserves the right to modify or cancel excursions due to unforeseen circumstances.

5. Participant Responsibility

5.1. Participants are responsible for their own safety during the excursion.

5.2. Any damage caused to equipment or facilities due to negligence will be the participant's responsibility.

6. Weather Conditions

6.1. In case of inclement weather, Barcelona Golf Excursion may modify or cancel the excursion for safety reasons.

6.2. Participants will be informed of any changes as soon as possible.

7. Code of Conduct

7.1. Participants are expected to adhere to a respectful and sportsmanlike conduct during the excursion.

7.2. Barcelona Golf Excursion reserves the right to terminate the excursion for any participant not complying with the code of conduct.

8. Liability Waiver

8.1. Participants are required to sign a liability waiver before the start of the excursion.

8.2. Barcelona Golf Excursion is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage to personal property.

9. Governing Law

9.1. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Spain.
